WeAreBrain has worked with Maxeda DIY Group since our inception and over the years we have produced a number of successful products and projects together. Maxeda desired to launch an all new and improved mobile first omni-channel loyalty program. How could Maxeda help customers throughout their DIY journey?
We developed the mobile applications to be the main portal to the Praxis Plus and Brico loyalty program in the Netherlands and Belgium, where customers will receive a host of loyalty benefits, including the use of digital cards, the latest promotions and personalised discounts.
WeAreBrain took on the task of completely rebuilding the applications from the ground up, affording us the opportunity to pack it with a new CMS, boosted by the latest software. We improved the UX and UI and redesigned the look and feel to give users a highly enjoyable and personalised experience.
The Praxis app is build for both Android and iOS platforms (iOS — native (language swift), Android — native language Kotlin).
After the successful launch in March 2019, the Praxis app has been installed on more than 800.000 devices. The Praxis iOS app rates in the App Store with an astounding 4.5 stars while the Android application was a trending app for over three months in 2019.
With numerous segmentations, the personal approach created a clear focus on attracting new users with high customer value and making engagement with Praxis Plus members as personal as possible.
In addition, there are tremendous cost savings compared to traditional marketing channels such as advertising brochures and the distribution of physical loyalty cards.
